DESCRIPTION
WoodPlus Opaque 20 is an exterior opaque acrylic multipurpose coating which is specially designed with the consumer in mind for use on a range of substrates (see Recommended Uses below). A non-hazardous product, WoodPlus Opaque 20 is formulated with extremely low emissions (low VOC’s and NO solvents - non-flammable). This formulation has been prepared to accommodate rapid re-coat with excellent colour and gloss retention, WoodPlus Opaque 20 is a superb choice for consumers. The opaque finish enhances the texture of the substrate maximizing the end result envisioned. Opaque 20 represents an evolution in coatings technology that provides the ultimate in protection in a user friendly 100% acrylic formula. Opaque 20 is specially formulated to provide exterior surfaces with optimal U.V. protection. WoodPlus Opaque 20 provides a very breathable film allowing any natural moisture in the substrate to escape while providing an exceptional barrier against excess moisture uptake from the elements. WoodPlus Opaque 20 also provides excellent physical wear characteristics for those areas that need it most.
RECOMMENDED USES
WoodPlus Opaque 20 is a multi-purpose coating. It can be used on any exterior above ground project including: decks, doors, windows, fences, log siding, wood siding, hot tub skirts, garden furniture. Opaque 20 is designed for application on an vast array of substrates such as wood timbers, siding, shakes, shingles, T1-11, trim boards, pressure-treated wood, primed fiber cement board and torrefied wood. Opaque 20 is also exceptional for use on brick, cement, concrete and stucco surfaces.
